Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your mail accounts and e-newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward email messages from one email mailbox to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your e-mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just choose the mailbox account you would like to redirect e-mails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your email accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else.
